01How it works

Three steps. No servers to touch.

From order to a storefront with your name on it, without installing, patching or paying for a server.

  1. Order your panel

Enter your domain, an admin email and the currency your panel will use. The wizard shows the advance you pay before you confirm: the first plan, $25. It comes off your first invoice. There is no setup fee and nothing to install.

Fig. 2 — The order wizardDomain, currency and admin email, with the advance you pay now. Example data.
  2. Point your domain

At your registrar, set the nameservers to the two below. That is the default, and it lets you manage DNS records in your Arty account. Rather keep your DNS where it is? Add an A or CNAME record instead. SSL is issued automatically.

    NSdns1.artypanel.com
    NSdns2.artypanel.com
Fig. 3 — The domain pageThe site detects when your domain is pointed and issues SSL by itself. Example data.
  3. Connect and start selling

Add your own SMM providers and payment methods, set your prices, and share your link. A new panel starts empty, and you stock it.

Fig. 4 — The providers pageConnect as many providers as you like, other Arty panels included. Example data.
Good to know

Arty is software and hosting. We do not sell followers, likes or any other SMM service. You connect your own providers and set your own prices.

02Pricing

Priced by your orders. Nothing else.

One variable, printed in full. Slide the ruler or type a number to see what a month costs at your volume. No setup fee, and every plan includes everything on this page.

Child panels, flat. A child panel is a smaller panel that one of your own customers can open under yours.

Not included, on purpose

We sell no SMM services. You connect your own providers, set your own prices and take payments into your own accounts.

03Billing

Billing rules, in plain words.

Four steps and no surprises. This is exactly what happens on day 30, on day 37, and if you stop paying.

  1. Day 0

    A 30-day period

Your panel runs and every order counts toward the period, whatever its status. The usage meter in your account shows the count and what the invoice would be if the period ended now.

  2. Day 30

Invoice, then 7 days to pay

One invoice for the plan that matches the orders you had in the period, never one in the middle. For the next 7 days you can pay while your panel stays open; those days count as part of your next period. A wallet with auto-pay can pay it for you.

  3. Day 37

    Panel frozen

Visitors see a notice instead of your storefront, and the period clock stops. Pay, and the panel opens again at once and the period carries on from where it stopped.

  4. Day 67

    Panel archived

A panel that stays frozen for 30 days is archived, and its last period is invoiced in full.

Fig. 6 — The period line. Bars show the order of events, not exact lengths.

How each invoice is worked out

Example
Day 0$25The first plan, paid as an advance when you order. It comes off your first invoice.Advance
Day 30$75Period 1 had 100,000 orders, which fall in the 50,001 – 100,000 plan: $100, less your $25 advance.First invoice
Day 60$37.50Period 2 had 3,200 orders, which fall in the 1,001 – 5,000 plan. Nothing is left to deduct.Second invoice, and so on

The short version

  • No setup fee. At order you pay the first plan, $25, as an advance, and it comes off your first invoice.
  • Every order counts, in every status.
  • A busy period raises the price of its own invoice, at the end of it, and nothing in the middle. Orders are never stopped at a limit.
  • Paying a frozen panel opens it again at once, and the days it was closed are not counted.
  • No free trial at launch. The live demo covers both sides.

07The Arty network

When both ends are Arty, the wiring disappears.

A panel can use another Arty panel as its provider, and be one. Orders travel in packets, and statuses follow right behind.

Fig. 11 — Two Arty panels, linkedOrders cross in packets; statuses come back on their own. A schematic, not a recording.
  • A direct connection between two Arty panels
  • Orders travel in packets, not one request at a time
  • Order statuses are followed within about 30 seconds
  • Any other panel can still use yours through the reseller API

These are our own measurements, not guarantees. Real-world speed also depends on the providers behind your panel.

08Questions

The questions renters actually ask.

Short answers, with no fine print hiding behind them.

Q1What counts as an order?

Every order placed on your panel counts, whatever its status. Completed, cancelled or anything in between: if it was an order, it is in the count.

Q2What if I go over my plan?

Nothing stops. Your panel keeps taking orders. At the end of each period you get one invoice for the plan that matches the orders you actually had in that period.

Q3What if I don't pay on time?

A billing period lasts 30 days. At the end we send the invoice for it, and you have 7 days to pay while your panel stays open; those days count as part of your next period. After that the panel is frozen and visitors see a notice instead of your site, and the days it is frozen are not counted. Paying opens it at once, and your period carries on from where it stopped. A panel left frozen for 30 days is archived.

Q4How do I pay Arty?

You pay an advance of $25 when you order; it comes off your first invoice. After that you get an invoice at the end of each period and pay it from your Arty account. You can also keep a balance in your wallet and switch on auto-pay, so each invoice is paid for you.

Q5Can I use my own domain, and do I need a developer?

Yes to the domain, no to the developer. Set your domain's nameservers to dns1.artypanel.com and dns2.artypanel.com. That is the default, and it lets you manage DNS records from your Arty account. Prefer to keep your DNS elsewhere? Add an A or CNAME record instead.

SSL is issued automatically, and the site detects when your domain is pointed. Hosting, updates and backups are ours.

Q6Do you sell SMM services?

No. Arty is software and hosting only. You connect your own SMM providers and set your own prices, and a new panel starts empty.

Q7Which payment methods can my customers use?

The ones you set up. Every panel has an add-funds page built on a payment framework, and you choose and configure the methods you want with your own accounts at those payment providers.

Q8Can other panels use mine as a provider?

Yes. Your panel includes a reseller API compatible with the common SMM panel API v2 format, so other panels and tools that speak it can connect.

Between two Arty panels there is a direct connection: orders are sent in packets, and order statuses are followed within about 30 seconds.

Q9How is my panel protected?

Backups and SSL are part of the service. The admin area supports two-step login, staff accounts get detailed permissions, and an activity log records what your team does. We would rather list what exists than claim certifications we do not hold.

Q10Is there a free trial?

Not at launch. There is a live demo of both the customer side and the admin side instead. It resets every night and money actions are switched off, so you can click anything.

Still unsure? Open the live demo and click around both sides. It costs nothing and resets every night.
